Shipping Policy

  1. The order will be shipped within two to three business days. Customers will be notified with the tracking no. and the courier company’s website information. After the order is dispatched, it takes 4-7 business days to get delivered.
  2. Cancellation before dispatch: We can cancel the order at any time before customer receives the tracking number for shipment which usually happens within 24 hours of the purchase.   • The money will be refunded, if the payment has already been made. The order can be cancelled due to the following reasons – 
  • [2.1] Item out of stock [2.2] Wrong discount coupons delivered [2.3] Price changed unintentionally because of website update or server problem [2.4] Wrong scale or product ordered.
  1. Please note that we are not responsible for the shipment being stuck at the custom clearance, we will certainly try our best to solve the problem though.
  2. The clearance sale or customized order cannot be cancelled, refunded or exchanged. An order is considered a customized order if you request any change in the original manufacturing process. The customized order will take longer than regular time to ship.
  3. The actual bamboo product may not look exactly like the product in the picture. Bamboo flutes are made from naturally occurring bamboo plants; hence every bamboo is unique featuring its own diameter, weight and appearance. It is seldom possible for two flutes to look alike. However, we can control its pitch, scale and frequency, and every flute that Shiv makes is hand crafted and stands up perfect to these parametric standards.
  • [5.1] PVC fiber Flutes, Brass Tin Whistle Flutes, Acrylic & Carbon fiber material flutes stand uniform on this note. The shape, weight, strength, diameter, etc. will be uniform.
  1. We and our partnered courier companies always make sure to provide our customers with secured and timely delivery. However, please note that the delivery exceptions are on public holidays, local holidays, and unforeseen circumstances like a strike, or an Act of God.
  1. Considering it a rare issue, if at all custom duty or any other tax is applied in the customer’s country then the customer is expected to pay for it.
  1. Once the package is received, safely unwrap it and check the flutes for any damage. If at all any damage is observed then please write to us on our email shivzmusicals@gmail.com or whatsapp us on +91 7869121546 with clear pictures of the flutes attached. Please note that we will not be answerable if the damage is not observed within a day/ 24 hours.
  1. If the customer misses out on receiving the package, then the customer has to contact the courier company and look after the package independently. Customer shall do the needful as required in compliance to the courier company.
